many months ago i had asked you guys your thoughts on names and ideas for some kids classes. i chose the name Bitty Bellies for the 5-9 class and Hip Shakers for the 10-14 class. the classes have taken off as i have 5 little ones and atleast 2 in the older class. ive found that the little girls just want to be pretty and jingle coins and be princesses. so, we do veil work the last 20 min. and do a lot of running and moving (wether its a bellydance move or not) and they love it. its only a 45 min. class and that works great. we sit in a circle after class and talk about what they liked, had trouble with, plans for the summer ect... in the older kids class, we do basics and veils in the end and they love it too.
