Anyway, I lived toward the southern end of CO Springs. There's a Moroccan restaurant in Mantiou Springs (just outside Co Springs on your way into the mountains) Anyway, there was a lovely dancer there who taught. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but the restaurant will know it! It's a good place to start. I believe she was more of the cabaret style.

Frank Farinaro teaches in the general area of Denver. He just said he was asked to teach in Colorado Springs. So I would contact him too. He's definitely more of the tribal fusion persuasion.

Anyway, I loved living in Co Springs and I really miss it!

Good question - I'll be in Denver over Easter weekend and was hoping to spot some tribal fusion in the area....anyone know of any?

I live and teach in Denver -- one area is on the south side but it is still a drive.

There are a few teachers in CO springs - what style are you looking for? Frank is tribal fusion, Zafia and Kamara are both ATS style, Neisa is cabaret. Actually quite a few more but those are some I think of immediately....
I know Zafia has a number of teachers on her site that are in Colorado Springs.

Also it has a calendar of bigger events (not the smaller weekly stuff) --- good place to see what workshops and large events are happening.
