Find 'hasaposervico' it's the easiest. - R, L, R, lift L, step L, lift R. step R.. Shoulder hold dance.
For the more daring try a Syrto, it's the most common but has more steps.

definitely go grab yourself some GREEK music! I like Viktor Mastoridis, who has a couple CDs on www.cdbaby.com my mother in law turned me on to him, he has mostly (90%?) traditional stuff but throws in some jazzy number here & there to that I love too.
I am hoping to corner my husband's aunties after the reunion this summer & get some more Greek line dance tips...

Wait a minute, "Greek circle" and Saidi music? If they're Greek they'd prefer Greek music - if not, just wondering why they asked for a "Greek circle" (never heard of that but I'm assuming it's just the old debke thing)

You could start with a "folky" step where they rock forward and back for 8 counts (plain steps or step pulse both work well and the group does not all have to be doing the exact same as long as they hold for the counts that the others pulse on) alternate with grapevines in 8 counts. If you start the rocks on the right foot then the first grapevines go to the right (there is kind of a fake on 8 so you start the "folky" step on the left) and then repeat the entire pattern to the left.

If they get that well enough you can then break it down into 4s and alternate 4s and 8s.

Naturally, they hold hands or press palms about shoulder level or, if you are really daring, lock pinkies.

Should be easy and fun.
